After my rather narrative version of a guide to the continuity of Doctor Who, Torchwood and The Sarah Jane Adventures, here’s a ‘by-the-numbers’ list/guide that helps arrange your DW stuff into a more linear and less timey-wimey wibbly-wobbly continuity. If you haven’t watched the series in proper continuity yet, you can use this handy dandy guide as well. If you have digital files or a list, you can arrange your folder by labeling them by the blocks stated below. Note that it is also spoiler-free, being a title list, and can help you thread through episodes without being alerted to yet-‘unlearned of’ plot details.

The list is in blocks so you can alternate between shows if you like, within the block.
